Jim Oetinger, Jim Oetinger, Paratherm Corporation’s Director of Technology, has over 25 years experience in the chemical and plastics industries. He has been involved with a wide range of products and processes including pigments, refrigerants, consumer plastic recycling, polymer compounding, process instrumentation and spray dried polymers as well as having extensive experience in sales and marketing of thermal fluids. Jim has authored articles on system troubleshooting for Process Heating, Chemical Engineering Progress, Plastics Technology and Die Cast Management. A member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, he holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Clarkson University and a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University. Jim and his family reside in a suburb of Philadelphia. |
Rich Clements, Paratherm's Vice President and General Manager, brings with him over twenty years of executive level sales management experience, much of it with a Fortune 500 company in industrial (chemical related) sales. As well, he holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. To round out his skill set, Mr. Clements has held positions as Product Director,Sales Manager, Plant Manager and Plant Engineer.

Greg Jerdan has been Sales Engineer at Paratherm since August 2004. Greg's technical background is in metal finishing, chemistry and ultra-filtration. He is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College in General Studies with a certificate in Business Management. He has been involved with a variety of industries, including aerospace, medical, plastics, electronics, pharmaceuticals and die casting, among others. In his off-work hours Greg has been coaching his daughters' soccer and softball teams for the last 8 years. Greg, wife and daughters live in Suburban Philadelphia

Jed Seybold, Paratherm sales engineer since November, 2005, brings to Paratherm over 25 years experience in the sales and marketing of specialty chemicals to the food, pulp & paper, petrochemical, chemical and plastics industries, as well as nearly seven years of sales/marketing and plant support to the edible-oil refining market. He has been involved with a wide range of products including coating pigments, paper fillers, flame retardants, food processing additives and—since mid 2003—heat transfer fluids.
Seybold holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Louisiana Tech. He resides in Exton, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia with his wife and son. |

Doris Rodriguez , Paratherm Marketing Executive and Sales Representative for Latin America and Spain. She has 14 years experience in marketing and 7 years experience in sales. Doris has been working at Paratherm since 2002. She has a degree in Psychology, and an advanced Marketing degree in Marketing at Wharton University of Pensylvania. Doris lives with her husband and their two sons in Blue Bell, PA. |

Matthew Edie joined Paratherm Corporation as the newest Sales Engineer in March of 2006. Matt joins the Paratherm Team with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Matt spent 14 years with Verizon’s Enterprise Solutions Group. His primary focus was selling a full product line of telecommunication services. He enjoyed sharing his in-depth knowledge, of the telecommunication’s industry, with an emphasis on developing and building client relationships. Matt resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania with his wife Amy.

George Schreiber, Paratherm’s Food Industry Market Manager, has over 30 years experience in the chemical and plastics industry with E.I. duPont de Nemours. Most recently, he was responsible for the marketing of a film packaging system for the fresh poultry market.
With extensive experience in manufacturing operations and safety management, Schreiber held the position of plant superintendent in three locations. His most recent years with duPont were spent with various market development and marketing leadership positions. Having immensely enjoyed his association with duPont’s outstanding products and services, he has found Paratherm Fluids an extension of that experience.
Schreiber holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Clarkson University and an MBA from the University of Delaware. George and his wife reside in the Media PA area. |

Fatou Diop, is a french intern coming to the USA for one year. Fatou holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University J. Fourier of Grenoble and a Master in Business Administration from the IAE of Grenoble. Her stay in the U.S. is allowing her to learn the ways of working in American Companies. Indeed, she has been able to work within the Sales engineer's team on various projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager and also on the french version of the website with the Marketing Manager. Fatou shares an apartment with two students from University of Pennsylvania in Center City, Philadelphia. |

Ryan Ritz is Paratherm Corporation’s Director of Services and Manager of the Core Account Sales Group. Mr. Ritz has been working with technical aspects and sales of heat transfer fluids since July, 2003. His experience has been focused on research & development, fluid testing, product manufacturing, technical services, sales & marketing, and laboratory management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware. He is a member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and has also earned the titles of Certified Safety Training Specialist and Safety Planning Specialist from the National Association of Safety Professionals. Ryan and his wife reside in Havertown, PA. |
